Women’s Committee Chair

Applications are now being sought for the Women’s Committee Chair. The Women’s Committee Chair will play an important role in guiding the development of women’s cricket in Switzerland, working with clubs, players, officials and Cricket Switzerland to strengthen the domestic game and create sustainable opportunities for women and girls.

International Committees

National Senior Women’s Coach

Applications are now being sought for a National Senior Women’s Coach. The National Senior Women’s Coach will play a key role in preparing and developing Switzerland’s senior women’s national team as it embarks on its next phase of international competition, including the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Europe Qualifier 2027.

Coaching Committee

Cricket Switzerland is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified members to serve as Chair of the Coaches Development Committee.

This is a key volunteer leadership role that helps shape coach education and supports the growth of cricket across Switzerland, including junior, women, and elite pathways.

Role overview

In collaboration with the Director of Development, establish and lead a committee of volunteer coaches to:

  • Lead the development and coordination of coaching courses and workshops delivered across Switzerland.
  • Improve communication and information-sharing among Swiss cricket coaches, including through coaching forums.
  • Liaise with portfolio leads for junior, women’s, and elite programmes to ensure alignment across development pathways.

Term: Two years (mid-2026 until mid-2028).

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a minimum of ICC Level 1 or ECB Level 2 Coaching qualification. Candidates should also bring a collaborative approach and a genuine interest in developing coaches nationwide.
