On a chilly autumn morning in Basel, the Cricket Switzerland Regional League (CSRL) 2025 came to a dramatic conclusion as Winterthur CC emerged victorious with a thrilling win over Zurich Mavericks Adliswil CC, claiming the Regional League Championship title.
Both teams concluded an excellent season and, with this result, have earned promotion to the Cricket Switzerland National League (Division 2) for the 2026 season.

After being asked to bat first, Zurich Mavericks struggled to build momentum against a disciplined Winterthur bowling attack. Despite a steady start, wickets fell regularly, and the side was eventually bowled out for 117 in 35.5 overs.
